After a closed beta with 10 brands and agencies, Mosa is now available to individual creators, studios, and marketing teams.
Amsterdam, Oct. 1, 2026 – Ambassadors today opens Mosa to everyone. The visual AI workflow platform, first introduced in June, was tested in a closed beta with 10 brands and agencies who built over 40 workflows and generated over 500 assets. Mosa is now available at getmosa.ai
Mosa started with a problem Ambassadors faced in its own production work. As AI became part of more projects, so did the number of tools: one for images, another for video, another for upscaling, with prompts, data, and brand requirements carried by hand between them. The possibilities grew quickly, and so did the complexity around using them.
Instead of asking teams to piece that process together themselves, Mosa connects AI models, data, and creative logic into a single visual workflow. Teams build a process once, see how every part connects, and reuse it for the next project, format or market.
Ambassadors' artists, producers and technologists had worked with tools such as Fal, Higgsfield, Magnific and ComfyUI. Each excelled at a specific step, but none connected the full production process from brief to delivery. What began as a way to make their own work easier grew into a platform built around how creative production actually happens.
"We did not build Mosa because AI needed another tool," says Diederik Veelo, CIO at Ambassadors. "We built it because generating one good asset is no longer the hard part. The hard part is doing it consistently, across formats and markets, with the brand still intact. We spoke to many creators during the beta and realized that everyone is struggling with the same challenges. Now we are opening it up to everyone."
Mosa was developed inside a working creative production company and shaped by real briefs and deadlines. "Built by craft, for craft" is how the team describes that approach: every feature exists because a production team needed it.
A campaign that once required manually adapting a single master concept across 10 markets can now run as a single workflow. Mosa extracts the core message, generates localized copy and visuals using the most suitable models, checks the output against brand guidelines, and delivers the full set in a single run.
Today, teams can use Mosa to build workflows across image, video, and audio, connect different AI providers and data sources, and manage the logic behind each process from one visual canvas.
Costs are visible at every step. Each workflow shows what it uses, so teams know what a run costs before they start and can pay for usage rather than guessing.
An AI agent helps users build and understand workflows, with no coding required. With the public launch, Mosa is available to individual creators and freelancers as well as studios, agencies, and in-house creative and marketing teams. Individuals can start on their own plan and pay for what they use. Teams get project sharing, full workflow collaboration, a shared budget that can be allocated across members with per-member usage caps, and SSO. For larger organizations, Mosa offers an enterprise plan with a dedicated account manager, a solutions engineer, custom training, and managed workflows, in which the Mosa team designs and builds them for you. There is even an option to connect your own API keys when needed.
Mosa is available from 1 October at getmosa.ai, and new users can start right away with a free trial. Teams and organizations that want a demo, help building their first workflows, or a solution tailored to their production process can contact Maurice Paans, Business Director at Mosa, at maurice@getmosa.ai.
