Calling all next-gen creators! Ambassadors is looking for AI Artists to collaborate with our creative teams in Amsterdam and Berlin.

About the role

We’re on the hunt for creators who use generative AI to produce high-end visual content. From photorealistic imagery to cinematic films and fully AI-built environments, you’ll translate creative briefs into strong, cohesive visuals.

You’ll work with the latest AI image and video generation tools, building workflows that combine creative direction with technical execution. Our team is focused on next-generation production, exploring advanced AI pipelines and creative experimentation.

You’ll collaborate with directors, designers, editors, and AI specialists to create visuals that feel polished, cinematic, and production-ready.
From fully generated films to hybrid workflows and new compositing, CG and animation tools. This isn’t casual prompting – it’s craft.

About you

We’re looking for creators who:

• Have experience with AI image and video generation.
• Are comfortable translating briefs into strong visual outputs.
• Understand video-to-video workflows and iterative generation.
• Can maintain character and environment consistency.
• Are familiar with node-based workflows or creative pipelines.
• Have experience with lip-sync, dialogue consistency, or AI characters (a plus).
• Can integrate products naturally into AI-generated scenes.
• Have a strong eye for cinematic composition and storytelling.
• Are fluent in English and comfortable collaborating with a creative team.
• Are curious, experimental, and pushing the boundaries of AI production.
