IT Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an IT Manager to join our team and take ownership of our internal IT environment, infrastructure, and tooling. In this role, you will ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable, while also supporting the day-to-day needs of a fast-moving creative studio.

You’ll work closely with creative, production, and development teams to improve workflows, support tooling and automation needs, and help implement smart technical solutions that enable better collaboration and efficiency across the company.

We’re a close-knit team with a high level of ownership, where people are trusted to work independently, contribute ideas, and support one another across shared priorities and ad hoc needs.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage the internal IT landscape, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services
• Ensure secure, stable, and scalable IT operations
• Support teams with onboarding/offboarding, account management, and access control
• Improve and maintain internal tools, workflows, and automation in collaboration with production and development teams
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, procurement, and budget tracking
• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support implementation of new systems, SaaS tools, and creative technology platforms
• Advise on IT security, compliance, and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with production, creative, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for technical improvement

About you

• You have 2+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, DevOps, or a similar technical role
• You have experience managing IT infrastructure in a creative agency, production studio, or fast-paced tech environment
• You are comfortable working with cloud services, SaaS platforms, identity management, and endpoint management tools
• You have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy supporting teams with technical challenges
• You are structured, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and are comfortable collaborating with international teams and external partners
• You are confident leading discussions, presenting technical concepts, and translating complex technical information into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
• You take ownership and proactively look for ways to improve systems, workflows, and efficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with creative automation, martech, adtech, or production tooling environments
• Experience with scripting, automation, or basic software development
• Knowledge of security frameworks and IT compliance practices
• Experience working with AI tools or creative technology pipelines
