Producer

About the role

At Ambassadors, we are looking for a Producer who will be at the heart of our VFX and Sound projects. From our Amsterdam HQ, you will act as the key link between clients, agencies, and our creative teams.

You ensure projects run smoothly from briefing through to final delivery: managing schedules, budgets, and feedback rounds, and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen and when. You maintain oversight, set priorities, and continuously balance creative input with production realities.

You will work closely with our Head of Production and other producers, actively driving quality, timing, and clear communication across multidisciplinary teams of artists and technical specialists.

As we work with both national and international clients, the role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to switch between different time zones when needed.

What you will do

• Lead VFX, AI and sound & music projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Create and manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate feedback rounds and review processes.
• Ensure clear communication between creative and technical teams.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve production challenges.
• Collaborate with producers and the Head of Production on workflow and process improvements.

About you

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a producer in a creative agency, post-production, or VFX studio.
• You thrive in a high-end, fast-paced production environment.
• You are strong in maintaining overview, prioritising, and structuring workflows.
• You communicate clearly with both creative and technical stakeholders.
• You enjoy translating complex production processes into clear agreements.
• You stay calm and effective when deadlines and expectations come together.
• You are curious about new tools, technologies, and workflows, including AI and automation.
• You work independently but actively collaborate within a team.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Experience with production and review tools, such as ShotGrid or similar, is a plus.
